why, when you're scrolling through your basket is it so easy to accidentally delete an item then there's no option to correct it, like an 'undo' you have to catch the description really quick and then search for it again. so annoying. I'm trying to buy my son's winter clothes and at least 10 times I've lost stuff in the basket. sort it out please.

Is it a coincidence that since the last app update v4.0.1 that item product reviews are no longer visible at all? ltems clearly have reviews but the review section has disappeared and if you click on number of reviews that shows nothing either. Scrolled down screen not missing anything. Please consider not using "delivery within a week" in items details. Some of these items never actually mature return into stock. Why not use status item "unavailable" to order until stock actually arrives.

The app has completely stopped working and keeps telling my im not authorised to use it in this server. Never had an issue before and now can't access my account to check my balance or pay my bill. I tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and then reinstalling the app and the issue! Not sure what the heck is going in but I don't have time to call and speak to someone about it or have to keep calling to my my bill! Very frustrating!
