Before the pandemic, O2 phone connections, including mobile data connections, were fantastic. However, the phone line connection, including mobile data usage, used to be exceedingly low in signal. Now, it has become bad to worse. I've already seen so many awful reviews about this over the past few years, but O2 doesn't seem to care about any of their customers' reviews to make any adjustments to it.

Had no issues with o2 for years, used them most of my life. No issues with signal when i lived in northern england, canada or america but since moving down south o2 has been about as much use as a chocolate teapot, terrible signal, terrible service when trying to sort signal out, absolutely useless as a company and as a service provider.

The app could be better to navigate. Sometimes too many things to click on to get to what I need. Also when I want to check extra charges on my bills, it has never been available until after my bills have been produced. Why not let people see what they have spent extra before their bills are produced so they know what extra they are paying for beforehand
