Virtual Dis-Chem Benefits Card

We’ve digitized your Dis-Chem Benefits Card for you so that you always have it when you need it. With your virtual card you can earn points every time you purchase in-store, view points (and their rand value) and even give back to the community by donating your Dis-Chem points to the Dis-Chem Foundation.

Bonus Cards

An added benefit is our virtual bonus card which lets you earn rewards for purchasing the products you love. Our app features a sticker book that will be virtually stamped every time you purchase a promotional product from one of our Dis-Chem stores. Once you’ve earned enough stickers you can choose your FREE gift from the list of our bonus products in-store.

The Dis-Chem app is free and available for anyone to use. Whether you’ve been a customer for a short while or a lifetime, you can enjoy the convenience of having your favourite pharmacy at your fingertips.

Ratings and reviews

The delivery service is horrific, and so is the search functionality. Some items are not appearing, yet search for a similar product in the same brand then it is. This is not a stock issue because the items are available when you go into the same shop. Delivery is 2 hours later than the selected time. Then Dischem calls 3 times to confirm if it arrived because the driver didn't complete it on his side. Why 3 calls, who knows?! The last call being 5 days later. Wow!

App isn't the most user friendly but you could eventually manage to do what you needed to. The apps stopped working now for some reason and you can't see any products under DeliverD. Tried reinstalling, clearing cache and clearing data. Tried another device and tried on someone else's phone and the app doesn't work on those devices either.

The revised app is shockingly bad. No clear categories and when you search for items it brings up a list of 7 items only, none of which correspond to what you're looking for. And Things are almost always out of stock. The IT team needs to rework this app ASAP. very poor and irritating customer experience - I might as well delete the app. Thats how useless it is.
