Do not download this app. If I could give this app an even lower rating I would give it but unfortunately I can't. "system error" while they take the amount. I bought electricity and as soon as I paid it the app crashed. It's such a disappointment. We work hard for our salary and for an app to do this it's outrageous.

Horrible experience, payment went wrong due to a 'system error' on their side. But, the amount was already taken from my account. Took a lot of hassle for over 2 weeks to get my money back. Service is not existent. Fortunately, there are better services around. Avoid this business, I will never use them again. EasyPay = easy gone!

Excellent app, however all of a sudden I am unable to complete a payment. Its taking me to end till the Fnb banking app approves the payment, then it says "oops sorry we are unable to complete the payment at this moment". Is there any reason for this sudden occurrence. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again, but no luck. Don't know if its me or its a common occurrence.
