This has really deteriorated since I first started using it. Won't open at all, i have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. I have previously been very happy with all deals and deliveries and spent a small fortune over the past few years. Oh well, ce la vie🤷🏻‍♀️

I am extremely unhappy with the poor after sales support, air fryer went faulty under warranty, courier (which is a random guy in his own vehicle) took more than 2 weeks to collect and was very unprofessional, took very long to reach supplier, no feedback from supplier, exceeds 10 working days to sort it out, support team not helpful, I just want my refund back! I will never order from OneDayOnly again, rather pay more and order from Takealot, never had these issues with them. Please assist!
