Ratings and reviews

The app was working great until the latest update. I have paid for a subscription, which is valid until June 7, but I cannot access all of the features now. (For example, I can't view everyone that has liked me.) Also, matches that I've unmatched or blocked are showing up again. This is very frustrating. An update is supposed to improve the app, not make it worse. Also, customer service is VERY slow. It took almost a week for me to receive a response. Please fix these issues! Thank you.

05/24 update: free version nearly unusable, only filter available is age. Your profile is consistently shown to people outside your desired age range, so when you pay for a subscription, all those "likes" are from ppl you don't want to talk to. Cust. service is non-existent, spam profiles overwhelming, blocked profiles come back next day. Recent update doesn't fix any problems, just changes the font. When you click on the stickers, profiles don't load. Need to be able to filter by denomination.

Since the most recent update the app doesn't even load anymore. Before, when it "worked", it is easily one of the slowest and least responsive apps out there. Filters don't work properly and will always show you people that were supposed to be filtered out. I think most of the accounts on here are long abandoned or fake anyway. It sucks all around. Don't pay for this garbage!
