I love this app so much! Going on over a year in use. My only complaint would be that I separate some of my videos in the "Favorites" or "Saved" tabs and for the past week or so none of my videos saved in Favorites are showing. Disappointed but nonetheless it's overall a wonderful app with a variety of videos, from bedtime, to short and effective, to deep stretching and intense. Fun fact, these guys are what got me into yoga 4 years ago.. 🤍 Couldn't imagine my life without it.

The app is AMAZING. I love the calendars…currently following the February “Get Back On Track” after having wrist surgery in December. The organization is so much better than the other platforms…and no commercials! The download feature is great when I’m not on Wi-Fi and I like having the history in my calendar. This app is incredible! It is so personalized, well thought out, and makes healthy living easy. I use to go on youtube for the workouts ,but the ads were obnoxious and it was time consuming to sift through all the material. This app saves so much time. I can log on and find what I need instantly. The design of the app is very thoughtfully organized and takes the thinking out of healthy living. It is truly wonderful. I really like the journal aspect. This was a super thoughtful touch, that is so important on the journey to a healthy mind and body. I truly feel like I am part of a community and I highly recommend it. If you want to make a difference in the world, it starts with joining the beautiful BOHO community.
