Yes you have to pay for this app but it's worth every penny! It's a programme that works and to access this quality of support elsewhere would cost a fortune. Try it free for 3 days and then decide. It really has changed my relationship with food and my life!
I love this opportunity to learn to be mindful in a practical way for a reasonable amount of money. There are some improvements to be made but on a month-to-month basis I think it's a great way to learn
I was directed to this app from an advertisement for a lecture at Brown by Dr. Judson Brewer, author of The Craving Mind and from my understanding part of this app's development. I paid the $24.99 for a month's subscription and before I even began using the app I found typos on the fourth introductory page - 'mindfullness" instead of "mindfulness" - and the sixth page - "wainting" to eat instead of "wanting" to eat. If I weren't paying to use the app I could see past the typos but this is embarrassing and in a way disrespectful. I don't mind paying for a quality app but that's not the impression this gave.
I was really hopeful this app would help me start my journey, but the app fails to tell you that it is in fact not free! You have to pay. This in itself is fine but tell me up front. This failure to be honest is extremely disappointing. Why should I trust this app now?
I would like to install this on my laptop but that option was not available to me. Will this change?
Great guidance for controlling appetite.
Fixed several internal bugs
