Update: After several emails of trying to figure out what was going on and trying different things the team at letyshop were finally able to get it figured out. Thank you for the great customer service. Original post: I have been trying to cash out for three days and it says it sends a code to my phone but that code never comes. I tried several times but nothing.

I thoroughly enjoy using this app, but I'm giving it 4 stars because of one limitation. When shopping online frequently, it's difficult to track which items have received points or cashback. Adding order ID or item-level tagging would greatly enhance the experience, providing clarity on points or cashback purchases.
