Ratings and reviews

Good app for whatever you want to learn, whether it be learning a foreign language or help with schoolwork. The only downside is if you sign up for more than one lesson with the same tutor, you will automatically be enrolled into a subscription and be charged a monthly amount. They also won't stop subscription renewal - you have to physically go into Settings and cancel your subscription, but you won't get your money back.

The app is generally OK but a total disaster when it comes to changing time zones. One can manually adjust the time zone one is in but the app doesn't take it into account immediately so the schedule ends up being totally incorrect. I've had to cancel and lose money on three classes as they were suddenly "rescheduled" in the middle of the night. It's totally unreliable in this aspect. ***update*** Tech support vanished, problem was never resolved.

This has been an amazing app because I've found many great tutors. But the app is very glitchy, which wasn't a very big deal until I couldn't contact support, for over a month now, it just says problem can't load. But now much worse, I can't open my messages to access a lot of important information or communicate with my tutors. And that's why I'm changing the review to one star until I get some response and help with this issue.
