This app sucks it shows you nothing about the "reward points" just that they expire. Also the wishlist is insane if the item is gone and has been almost a year it's still in there until you delete it and deleting takes like 2 minutes for each item. Same for the notification you have to view and delete. Also I ordered some pants one time and I sweaaar the seams just started coming off I had to go home from work just to change one day.

Bad online order service Warning!!! I ordered online. They sent me all wrong items. They finally want me to return all the items without sending me a correct items. I had to drive to Fedex. I waste an hour and gas. Their worker made a mess by send me the wrong items but they end up use customer as a tool to clear that mess. I am done with Forever 21. You better think before order that you have time to return their item and you will never get what you order.

App constantly kicks you off and freezes all of the time. Really slow, annoying and inconvenient. Also, unlike places like fashion Nova, when you sell out of something, you never replenish it. I'm sure there are many women who would love it if you got stuff back in stock, instead of just running out of items, and that's just it. Real bummer. There is so many things I would have bought if it came back in stock. Guess I need to find the items elsewhere, or items that are as close as possible.
