Our goal is to make the free version of the app the best free strength training log on the market! Using it, you'll be able to log an infinite amount of workouts, add your own exercises, view basic statistics and track your PRs (both singles and rep records). And you'll get access a lot of workouts and training programs for different training goals, like building strength or muscle mass!

If you level up to a premium subscription, you'll gain access to more advanced statistics, our full catalog of training programs, great features such as quick stats for sets, and the ability to log sets with reps in reserve (RIR) or rate of perceived exertion (RPE). You will also contribute to the continued development of the app, and we thank you greatly for that!

The app also includes many free tools, such as a set timer, a plate calculator, and calculators for calorie needs, Wilks, IPF and Sinclair points, and 1RM estimations.

In-app you’re able to subscribe to our premium version of the StrengthLog App, in the form of automatically renewable subscriptions.

• Choose between 1 month, 3 months and 12 months.
• Your subscription will be charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase and will be renewed automatically 24 hours before the end of the subscription period if the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• An active subscription cannot be canceled during the active subscription period. However, you can choose to turn auto-renew on/off in your Google Play account settings.

The timer should make an audible sound when it's finished counting down. I switched over from a very primitive workout logging app and that always gave either an audible sound or it lowered my music for a couple seconds so I knew when it was time for the next set. App is amazing. Very detailed and easy to use. Demonstrates the exercises and provides preset workouts that you can accomplish. Edit: App still doesn't make audible sound when timer expires. Phone is not on silent.

Hi Manny, The timer should do that as long as you don't have your phone on silent mode. However, we've had a few reports of it not working on devices with android 14 and are looking into the issue atm! :) I'm glad that you enjoy the app! Kind regards, Sandrine

Strengthlog is an excellent app for finding a workout program and, more importantly, following through on it consistently. I especially like the Muscles Worked map so that you can see if you are putting in enough sets for each muscle group per week in order to grow. Overall, I am very impressed.

This is the weightlifting app that you have been looking for! It's adaptable and you can make it what you want there's a chart showing a body image that shows you which parts of your body need more working out for the week. It is sufficient to use at the gym and you can absolutely use it at home. you can use it with kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, bands, machines. I rely on this and I absolutely love it. and has changed my workouts, changed my body changed my outlook. thank you strength log.

What’s new

It’s important to warm up before lifting heavy. However, it’s entirely up to you whether you want your warm-up sets to count towards your stats or not (don’t mark sets as warm-ups if you want them to show up in your workout volume). But we can both agree that sets marked as warm-ups when you import them from your history into an active workout, should continue to show up as warm-up sets. So we’ve fixed that little bug now.
