I love the app. being able to track your week to week progression is essential, especially since I want to get stronger. The free options are amazing but I really love the premium as well. It helps a lot with barbell plate math. In the middle of sets my brain is fried and trying to add can be hard 😂. If you are starting to lift, I recommend the app. just having information of what your lifts have been like is essential. you can also add your cardio.

Great for tracking lifts. I needed a good way to see my progress and this app provides nicely. The rest timer is also a great and helpful feature for me. As a side note I do opt to pay for the subscription, however I didn't use the premium features in the beginning at all. So it's not necessary to pay for it, especially if you're just starting out.

very happy with the app so far. been using it for a few months and like it better than some others I have tried. Edit: Been using tge app exclusively for a few months now, and it is by far one of my favorites. you can create your our splits easily, move/arrange exercises how ever you prefer them and I have made a ton of progress. really looking forward to continuing my journey with Alpha.

Live Updates
• There is now a live notification when you have an active workout.
• You can see the current exercise, set, and recommendation.
• The rest timer is shown as a dynamic countdown.
• Live updates can be disabled in Settings > Notifications.

• Uploading custom images is now faster and more reliable.
• Fixed a bug where an active workout reminder was sent despite having completed the workout.
• Fixed an exercise database sorting bug.
