Downloaded the app, and it worked for a few months. One day when I went to do my CBTs it refused to start stating my phone was rooted. This is not the case. Then randomly months later it started to work again. Today it again says my phone is rooted. This is all been on the same phone, that is not rooted. When I went to the website to try it there, it refers you back to the broken mobile app. Very frustrating that they have created, fixed and then again created this issue. Fix it SumTotal! 😒

The app is very disfunctional. Often times the buttons do not work. I have had multiple instances where I was going through a course and the slide show would either not move forward, or it randomly rerouted me to the course tutorial. My job depends on me completing these courses. These bugs NEED to be fixed before I loose my job.

Hello, I have access to this service through my work and have been excited to have a place to listen and learn. I have run into some problems though like test questions from a completely different subject get into the wrong test. The app crashed constantly. You have to open a new application tab from the app to view content. Many courses are purely audio but still require this. I would happily listen to self motivating topics on my walk home but that seems to break the system. 09/22/2021
