The APP requires developer team who is able to design and implement user-friendly application and the software tester team significantly needs to improve the bugs that make the APP crached most of the time. The new version app is even worse!!! I really want to see the faces of the developer team.

Just joined the app, and will never be able to log in again. If you use this app make you you write down your member number because you can't log in without it. I thought maybe they would send a verification email with all that like every other app does but no. I signed up and now I can't use it ever again. Devs if you are reading help me I'd like to log in.

There are so many issues with this app. I tried to use the app this morning for a flight from Chiang Rai to Bangkok, 7 July return 10 July but the app keeps making my departure date and return date the same day. I simply can't book a flight with this airline because of the issues with the app.
