About this app

With the AirPlus app you have full control of your balance, purchases and receipts. You will find features for smarter management of expenses. You can for example, scan and save your paper receipts with the app.
• Scan paper receipts and match them with the transaction.
• Easy import of PDF receipts.
• Block and order a new card if it has been lost or stolen.
• Choose and view your PIN code.
• Pause and unpause your card anytime.
• Convert currencies on business trips or on purchases from abroad.
• With ”Installment payment” you can get a quick view of what the monthly cost would be with partial payments on a larger purchase with your AirPlus card.
• Insurance guides helps you sort out if your insurance covers delayed baggage and flights.
Please note: This app is not intended for legacy AirPlus cardholders. They should continue to use the AirPlus Mobile App.

Ratings and reviews

Click to pay is not needed to use the Airplus app. Despite that, the app opens a screen for the user to register their card to click to pay, which looks like a step that must be done before proceeding to use the app. This type of business practice is to say the least misleading. It should be considered criminal activity liable to jail time.

I was told to download this app to cancel a card. I downloaded the app, went through a million steps, and then there is no option to cancel the card. Felt like a scam.

Impossible to log in. Integration with MitID is unreliable. Strange that this app has so many critical issue when Integration works well in so many other apps.
