Very smartly the website told me that I can book hsrp number plate on the app after I keyed in the vehicle number. Again very smartly the app leads me to another website saying it is not responsible for the website and I find out the website doesn't support Tamil Nadu vehicles. I called this a fraudulent harvesting of information when they start knowing well the end result leads nowhere.

it did not work properly and not showing insurance policy after deduction of money. The worst app that forces customers to download for getting the PDF of insurance. when other companies provide it in email and for free.. also the app is not user friendly and has a lot of OTP requirement.

Dirty mafia company. even after paying 10k Rs. car insurance I still have to download app just to get my car insurance. They won't give you the insurance policy pdf without downloading their app. Total mafiagiri. Will never do Acko again. Also forcefully collect data like Marital Status etc. without which you cannot access your insurance.
