I used to be a huge fan of this wallet and it's affiliated CT products until recently when my BTC withdrawals have been repeatedly rejected and reversed. I'm sending to the same wallet as I have successfully sent to in the past, same address, but this week only my transactions are not being processed. when I submitted this to support they replied with a lengthy explanation of how the "pending" status works, which was totally unrelated to all of my "rejected" and "reversed" transactions.

it would be so so so much nicer if you guys could speed up to transactions. Seems like it takes a day to get things to go through. that's the only issue I have really. c'mon pick up the pace please... it's to speed wallet so why so long. I tried cash app once and I think it rejected the transaction. if you can knock that down to mere few minutes versus several hours id give this 5+ stars. it's July 13th and I just started the transaction minutes ago so 1:40am- let's see what happens

Up until 2-3 months ago, I used this app for all crypto transactions, but recently, I have been having issues with my withdrawals getting hung up on pending for 12 plus hours. Im told this has nothing to do with the app and is a blockchain issue, but I have started using other crypto apps, and I don't have those issues anywhere else. I have even tried paying the transaction fee, but it is still occurring on a daily basis to the point I've unfortunately had to stop using ncwallet altogether.
