The app doesn't work half the time and for the amount of money you pay for monthly you would think there would be an option for commercial free. Way too many commercials. I will not be signing up a second time. Responding to the response below. I did visit the help support option and there was no resolution to fix the issue. The issue was briefly fixed and then problems started happening again. No thanks!

Cannot go back 10, 15, or even 30 seconds, nor can you skip ahead that amount of time. When I have the screen minimized but still visible and I play a game, if an ad in the game pops up I cannot then click play on philo after the ad ends. I have to maximize it then double click play and minimize it again. Very inconvenient. Not a huge fan.

Absolutely useless app that's laughably overpriced. I started the free trial after seeing that one of my comfort shoes was available in full with ALL the seasons. The amount of ads is frustrating and please save the response about the broadcaster. There's no excuse. Then all of the first season I was watching suddenly DISAPPEARED. Then the last two seasons disappeared and episodes in season 2 won't play. Absolutely canceling. Not worth the money they have the nerve to charge.
