Ratings and reviews

App keeps glitching, errors popping up constantly, updating, or high slippage errors...all of which freezes your position, leaving you unable to cash out during dips, or trade for lengthy durations, sometimes for hours. Beware and cautious when making bets. When either of these issues happen you could lose hundreds or thousands and Poly will only give you $25 for the inconvenience of losing it.

DO NOT USE APP!!!! They use AI for everything and you will not get a response from a live person. I recently made a transaction of $500 and its been pending for 20 days now. I tried reaching out via their chat and email support but have not received a response of any sort besides their AI saying we will look into this. Very frustrating. STICK WITH KALSHI.

This app does nothing at all. Would like to rate it 0 stars, but I can't. I have a Polymarket account that works fine on its, but there's no way to log into it on Android. All I see if where I stand on the waiting list. Removing and reinstalling just moves me down the waiting list that is irrelevant, because I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT, but there's no way to log in. Support told me I should just log in, but there's nowhere to log in. Seems like a cruel joke.
