I downloaded it hoping for real-time captions during a phone call. It does not seem to do that. I need captions because I cannot understand customer service reps from other countries. Also - when I activated the recording feature during a call, it did not detect any audio, which I discovered only after the call had ended and I was attempting to transcribe it. I also didn't understand all of the "permissions" steps that came up, although I did my best to allow everything necessary.

Tl;dr: It's an average app that gets updates from time to time. Nothing about it makes me want to share it with others. // The transcription always has a lot of mistakes. Wrong people gets assigned to some lines in every transcription. There's no way too add more people when it gets the number of people wrong, which is frustrating. There should be an option for us to tell you how many people there are before the app starts transcribing.

I was under the assumption that this app would allow you an unlimited amount of credits after purchasing a subscription, but I found out I was completely wrong. After finding out, I chatted with their AI bots, just to be further disappointed by finding out there are no options to have unlimited credits. This app has a lot of potential, but without have an unlimited subscription, no reason for me to continue with this app. You guys need a clearer explanation for this before people consider.
