◾ Thought that the problem was solved by going to: Settings, select G Cloud, clear cache, because G Cloud then said that it had done a backup, but can't find details of the latest backup when I click the link that was emailed to me when I installed the app◾ Since the latest update, have not been able to get G Cloud to do a backup. The app was pretty good before.

Update to my previous review. It still doesn't upload automatically, I figured out how to upload it myself. Now, after seeing a notification that nothing has been uploaded, I opened the app to manually upload my files. I pressed the play button to upload, and it booted me off the app. A message popped up saying that the app has a bug. I feel that every update just makes things worse.

App crash and no backup. Having issues since 7/15 and sent countless logs and tickets with no resolution. When I hit back up it closes the app. I get a message from my phone there is a bug with the app and wait for an update from the developers. I have paid a subscription since hoping it would be resolved but nothing. I appreciate the response, but I have....many times.
