The best dictionary ever. I don't think there's still a reason to delete it despite the drawbacks I'm encountering. I have been trying to activate paid version but anytime I link my card to subscribe, there comes out an error. I tried many possibly means to sort it out but to no avail 😔. I uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail. Please provide any rendable assistance.

I have seen, from reviews, that I'm not the only one suffering this, and your response to the other client is that there are technical problems. At the end of my previous subscription period, I'm unable to re-subscribe because TWO cards, Visa and Mastercard (which I successfully use with Amazon) keep getting rejected and I'm told to update my payment method. I have even deleted the cards and re-entered their details, no success. Please sort out this very frustrating problem.

The app is great and working just fine. The issue I'm facing is that my subscription is expiring and I need to renew it as soon as possible, however, I'm having difficulties renewing it because all my MasterCards are being reviewed although I have money on them, it keeps telling me that the transaction has been refused. Is the problem on your side? I need to renew the subscription quickly because I use a lot this app.
