Terrible service and completely unprofessional staff. Customer support is useless and doesn’t even try to solve the problem. On top of that, their GPS is always inaccurate — it constantly takes me to the wrong location or causes delays. This isn’t the first time, and clearly, they’re not interested in fixing it. I’ll never use their service again and I strongly advise others to stay away.

Hi! Your InDrive app is very good, but I have a request: please bring back the destination option that you had before, which made it easier for drivers to pick rides. The destination option means the driver could provide 2 locations, so that only rides between those 2 locations would be shown to the driver, making it easier for him to pick a suitable ride. Thank you.

great app to save money for commute but takes time to book. even if there are drivers around the area, they will not take your ride simply because you have a promotion to lower down the fee and if they think it is is not worth it , they won't pick you up. Grab Is expensive but whenever I book a ride, there is already a driver picking up my ride within a minute. in indrive, I need to wait for like 20 minutes. kind of disappointed ☹️
