Ride safely
Safety is our top priority. You’ll see who’s coming to pick you up and in which car right in the app. You’ll see the driver’s name and rating and be able to share your ride with whomever you like so they know where you are.

Smart destinations
Yango will suggest destinations for your taxi ride based on your ride history, like first offering ‘home’ as a destination because it’s your most common taxi order on weekday evenings. Ride taxis the smart way!

Multiple destinations, one route
The Yango taxi app makes everyday life easier. Like picking the kids up from school, dropping a friend off at a market, and doing some quick shopping on the way. Just add a new taxi order stop in the app, and Yango will recalculate a new route for the driver. That makes it even easier to ride a taxi.

Order for someone else
Yango lets you order friends and loved ones a ride by taxi. Get your mother to a doctor’s appointment with a taxi order. Send a taxi online to pick up your special someone. Or get each of your friends a ride home after a night out. You can order up to 3 cars at once.

Ratings and reviews

The app itself is beautiful, useful and intuitive. The service is awful. I asked for a car twice, last year and today. Both times the drivers checked as arrived but I could see they were a mile away in the app's map and driving further away. A huge waste of time. Both times I had to cancel after wasting 30 minutes of dealing with unresponsive drivers.

It is good. Drivers arrive on time. But sometimes the rate thing irritates me for example, the fare sums up to 142 rs/-🙂 Like it's a frustrating thing that sometimes we don't have 5 rupees or just feel bad able giving 140 rupees and sometimes cheery on top we have a problem with our online paying methods. Kindly it'd be better if the prices were somewhat somehow easy to pay, like round figures. The best thing is the discount 👌✨️ but again the roundup problem. Overall a very good experience ✨

It is a completely useless app, it benefits only the customers and the drivers suffer only losses, the rates are so low that the rickshaw drivers get more, cancel the ride, the minus of pro level drive, if the customer cancels then nothing, you have to reach the customer's location and the customer cancels the ride, it is your full time, both are wasted but nothing is achieved, they introduced the option of flex, there is extra tax in that too, it is a completely useless app,
