SloMo is a digitally-supported talking therapy for people with worries about harm from others. It consists of up to eleven individual sessions with a therapist, assisted by an online therapy platform and mobile app. The SloMo mobile app supports people to manage their worries between sessions and after therapy has ended.
SloMo is intended for use by adults (18+), who are experiencing fear of harm from others. The therapy is for use by people who are currently under the care of NHS services, where their clinician has assessed the therapy as being suitable for them. SloMo is only available with support from a trained mental health clinician, and is not available for use by the general public.
