That’s why AIL-Master PWD introduces a secure, one-tap password recovery solution—leveraging QR code authentication and verified email/mobile ownership—so you can quickly, safely, and independently restore access to your devices.

1. Scan the QR Code
When locked out, locate & click on the forget password a QR code displayed on your DVR/NVR/IP Camera (via local monitor or web UI). Launch AIL-Master PWD and scan it with your smartphone’s camera.

2. Verify Identity via Reserved Email/Mobile
During initial device setup, users pre-register a trusted recovery email/mobile. The QR scan validates device identity and triggers a one-time, time-limited recovery code sent only to that reserved email/mobile.

3. Reset with Confidence
Enter the 8-char OTP (One-Time Password) received via email/mobile into device, then create a new strong admin password—without physical device resets, firmware re-flashing, or technician visits.
