after the latest update the app and cams have gone crazy. the functions doesn't work properly. tried resetting the cams and yet the fault seems to be in the app. fix the damn thing please requested details below: cp- e41a model the app functions are not working. the cam doesn't respond to the movement. the cam is frozen either looking up or looking down.

Just brand is making people to buy. Their buggy s/w never worked properly. Most of the time it shows offline during live stream or playback. Now their app full screen in playback mode is rewinding back to day start. Not even doing any QA but releasing at the risk of customers. Remember you are in security business while have popularity for your cameras but very weak in s/w. Cloud recording would never try as app itself has bugs and cloud is app integrated :(

update Sep2025: After the recent updates, the app doesn't connect, it always shows offline even though the camera is switched on. if the phone is connected to the same wifi, it works, but if we are out of home and trying to view using other networks, it doesn't work well. earlier, this was not the issue. Old Review: App gets stuck/hangs and we cannot rely on this app for baby monitoring, it's very dangerous. Sometimes, the baby wakes up and that doesn't show in the app because it is stuck.
