after the latest update the app and cams have gone crazy. the functions doesn't work properly. tried resetting the cams and yet the fault seems to be in the app. fix the damn thing please requested details below: cp- e41a model the app functions are not working. the cam doesn't respond to the movement. the cam is frozen either looking up or looking down.

Mode cp e44a lVideo streaming takes much longer time despite having a high speed Internet connection. Mostly, the app fails in streaming/loading live videos. Also, live streaming fails when someone rings the bell. "Estab an encryp channel". "Failed to establish the encrypted channel". This is what the app shows most of the time. It defeats the very purpose of the device. Similarly, the app only plays a single video captured during a specific time of the day and doesn't play other video recrding

Very disappointing experience. Not recommended. Despite having a fast internet connection, the app is slow and unreliable. It skips crucial footage and fails to capture actual visitor events... Live streaming takes a long time to start .... unacceptable for a security product. Avoid this camera and look for more dependable alternatives. when contacted the support team, they just say, switch off the cam and switch it on again.. that's their answer after explaining the issues..
