Everytime when I want to see the playback it shows connection failed and reflects HELP on screen. I am connected to 30mbps to 100mbps speed wifi then also same issue. please improve the issue. connection issue are there. worst experience with you GC MOB and CP plus cameras. what is the use of camera when if I can't view the live stream while I am out of city. worst app worst experience no value added.

The app is suddenly not working. I am not able to monitor the cameras from the phone, but they are working on the monitor, and the internet speed is perfectly fine. This needs an immediate fix.

SO MANY BUGS !!! User connection failing repeatedly. have to restart system to live view and after a few mins, again the same issue. I had to watch so many videos, talk to so many customer care executives, and spend so many days just to find a solution!!! nothing works. the customer care executive sent an update file. but nothing happened. what are the developers doing? are they not debugging something as imp as a cctv app ?? this happened since the latest update
