The older version was much faster. This new version takes a lot of time to open. Most of the time it doesn't. Don't blame on the internet speed. It's my same phone, the same service provider and the same locations I access from. The moment it updated on it's own, which I have set in my settings, initially I couldn't find it because if the new icon. But very impressive looks and getup now. Only thing lost in this bargain is the connectivity speed. It's massively slow, and as I said, most of the time fails to open. If you can run a check on this and improvise necessary improvements, it will be nice. Thanks.

Itwas working okay for the last one year. Suddenly it stopped a few days ago. Reinstalled the app, but it still says failed to connect. Developers should respond the the various negative reviews here. Edit: After receiving a response from the team here saying the issue been right, I tried everything....it still says " failed to connect ". Even the demo channel does not connect. Edit. Spoke to the support team. They guided me to a solution. It's working well now. Thanks.

When you need the service, it is not working. The app is a fatal failure, company needs to improve it faster as sometimes a lot depends on it. Right now I am away from home and can't see the surveillance, been trying since last 3 hours it's showing failed to connect. I have a 5g connection of 100mbps wifi but still the app can't connect.
