Ratings and reviews

Very unreliable experience with this CCTV app. Sometimes it works fine, but most of the time the connection is unstable. Even with a strong internet connection, the app keeps loading, becomes very slow, or doesn’t work at all. Refreshing or retrying does not fix the issue. For a security app, this is a serious problem. Users need consistent and reliable access, not something that works randomly. The app is confusing and needs major improvements in performance and stability.

Very badly managed app. previewing recordings is another headache, takes hours to load. It doesn't even download the whole timeframe selected + after downloading, it doesn't allow us to select the timeline, forcing us to watch the whole thing. not to mention the nvr itself is bad, half the time it doesn't recognize the camera unless we manually refresh it. some people say that UI is user friendly..... NOPE, WORST LAGGY UI EVER.

I After the latest software update, the app is broken and repeatedly shows "Connection Failed." I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, but I still cannot add or access my cameras. Even after correctly entering SN no., password, the app fails every time. Because of this poorly released update, I am locked out of my own security system and have zero access to my cameras when I am away from home. The app is completely unreliable and unusable right now. fix this immediately.
