This app was working perfectly earlier, but suddenly it stopped working late at night around 7-8 days ago on my two mobile phones. I checked my Wi-Fi connection and all other apps are working fine. I did not change any settings. Even the technician who installed the camera was unable to resolve the issue. I believe the problem started after a recent app update, after which the app stopped working properly. Please look into this issue and provide a solution.

This updated version of the app is not at all working properly... It is not at all user friendly, keeps on showing " connection failed"even when it's connected to hi speed net.... Cannot check or playback,as it is always stuck at some previous date when I had opened the appno use to delete and to reinstall as same issue prevails. kindly mention how to rectify...it would help customers or please inform users how to deal with the glitch.Want to inform you that several times same issue kindly help

The live preview should open automatically as soon as I open the app. Why do I always have to select from my favorites or from local devices to start the live preview. If you have a solution for this then please let me know. also the playback is terrible. I can't select a particular time. it keeps skipping. aditya infotech need to fix all the issues in the app.
