I After the latest software update, the app is broken and repeatedly shows "Connection Failed." I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, but I still cannot add or access my cameras. Even after correctly entering SN no., password, the app fails every time. Because of this poorly released update, I am locked out of my own security system and have zero access to my cameras when I am away from home. The app is completely unreliable and unusable right now. fix this immediately.

The CCTV app seldom operates correctly. The most frustrating aspect is the loading process that occurs every time the app is launched. It begins at 0% and gradually progresses to 100%, taking about 30 to 40 seconds. Sometimes, even after reaching 100%, the app still fails to function. Clearly, the app requires significant improvement and an update with more reliable technology.

Was facing issue after recent update as connection failed everytime when trying to launch the app using any other network on which camera/dvr are installed. I tried connecting on customer support it was of no use. While I kept on trying myself to identify some way by it should start working. It was working only once after installing the app. But now I have found out a way which is 'Force Stop', so you can just force stop the application and relaunch it to view live scenes.
