Ratings and reviews

GCMob only works when I’m connected to Wi-Fi. It does not work properly on mobile data. I’ve already tried clearing the cache and data, turning Data Saver off, and several other troubleshooting steps, but nothing has worked so far. Very frustrating and inconvenient, especially when the app is supposed to work on mobile data. Please fix this issue.

pathetic app. cannot check CCTV if using 5g mobile data. only visible via WiFi. 5g speed is coming very good so not connectivity or speed issue. Edit 1- now the app is not working with WiFi too. Pathetic. Edit 2- Man what a utter letdown. never ever the app works.

Minus 5 Crore stars as Ratings. "connection failed" -please give yourself this title instead. Everytime when I want to see the playback it shows connection failed and reflects HELP on screen. I am connected to 30mbps to 100mbps speed wifi then also same issue. please improve the issue. connection issue are there. worst experience with you GC MOB and CP plus cameras. what is the use of camera when if I can't view the live stream while I am out of city. worst app worst experience no value added.
