After the latest software update, the app is broken and repeatedly shows “Connection Failed.” I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, but I still cannot add or access my cameras. Even after correctly entering SN no., password, the app fails every time. Because of this poorly released update, I am locked out of my own security system and have zero access to my cameras when I am away from home.The app is completely unreliable and unusable right now. fix this immediately.

If you have updated the gCMOB app to the latest version on Google Play store and are facing issues while accessing your device, please contact us at support@cpplusworld.com with complete device details (NVR/DVR/IPC firmware version) and a brief description of the issue.

After the latest update, the app showed “Connection Failed” and was not working. But the resolution provided by the Support team helped me to fix the issue and the app is now working as expected. Suggestion: Please try to respond fast over email and also agents are never available on call or WhatsApp. Please fix these issues.
