The android version is already a little unrefine as compare to ios which is not that of a smooth experience in itself. But now after the update. it is has stopped working completely and just says connection failed all the time. I tried to make it fun by deleting cache, delete data, sign in again, scan the qr again, uninstalling snd installing the app again several times. Just shows connection failed. It is working fine on ios. Please do something if you can. thankyou for no ads.

Very unreliable experience with this CCTV app. Sometimes it works fine, but most of the time the connection is unstable. Even with a strong internet connection, the app keeps loading, becomes very slow, or doesn’t work at all. Refreshing or retrying does not fix the issue. For a security app, this is a serious problem. Users need consistent and reliable access, not something that works randomly. The app is confusing and needs major improvements in performance and stability.

I After the latest software update, the app is broken and repeatedly shows "Connection Failed." I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, but I still cannot add or access my cameras. Even after correctly entering SN no., password, the app fails every time. Because of this poorly released update, I am locked out of my own security system and have zero access to my cameras when I am away from home. The app is completely unreliable and unusable right now. fix this immediately.
