I After the latest software update, the app is broken and repeatedly shows "Connection Failed." I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, but I still cannot add or access my cameras. Even after correctly entering SN no., password, the app fails every time. Because of this poorly released update, I am locked out of my own security system and have zero access to my cameras when I am away from home. The app is completely unreliable and unusable right now. fix this immediately.

The CCTV app seldom operates correctly. The most frustrating aspect is the loading process that occurs every time the app is launched. It begins at 0% and gradually progresses to 100%, taking about 30 to 40 seconds. Sometimes, even after reaching 100%, the app still fails to function. Clearly, the app requires significant improvement and an update with more reliable technology.

the biggest problem is that videos can be fast forwarded only 8x. the second is that during playback the time scroll bar is too small and it's impossible to view videos minute by minute. the livr preview takes a long time to load and even then half the time I'm told it's connection failure when everything else connected to my wifi is working perfectly
