Customer get notified about any breakdown. HMS provides interactive dashboards for customer, service integrator, SI agent and CPPLUS. CPPLUS maintenance partner will get end to end integration. HMS provides visibility to both (Customer and SI) any breakdown in system with resolution time. HMS has capability of auto escalation to CPPLUS for unattended incidents. Customer can choose different plan as per requirement.
