এই এপ্টোৰ বিষয়ে
How tall is that tree? Tree Height Meter turns your phone into a digital clinometer and estimates the height of any tree, utility pole, flagpole or building — no tape to the top, no special gear, just your phone and a little trigonometry.
Stand back a known distance, sight the top and the base of your target, and the app combines the elevation angles with the distance to show an estimated height in metres or feet.
TWO MEASURING METHODS
• Two-point method — sight both the TOP and the BASE from one spot and enter the horizontal distance. Works even on sloping ground, because the base angle correctly adds its share.
• Eye-height method — when the base sits level with your feet, sight only the TOP and add your own eye height. Faster, for flat ground.
WHAT YOU GET
• A live elevation-angle readout as you tilt the phone
• Capture top and base with a tap
• Zero-at-horizon calibration for a clean reading
• Metres or feet, your choice
• A Methods reference and a step-by-step Guide built in
WHO IT'S FOR
Foresters and arborists, surveyors and landscapers, tree-care crews, students learning trigonometry, and anyone curious how tall the tree in the yard really is.
A NOTE ON ACCURACY
The height is an estimate. Accuracy depends on a correct distance, a steady phone and a clear line of sight to the top and base — zero on a level horizon first. For estimation only; verify critical measurements with a calibrated instrument.

নতুন কি আছে
Fixes the negative angle and negative height some of you saw: the app now reads the direction the back of the phone points, so a treetop sighting is positive and the base below you is negative. Your saved horizon zero is converted automatically. Also new: a short vibration when a sighting is captured, rewritten aiming tips and line-style tab icons.
