• You can pay household bills, as well as obligations for local taxes and fees to more than 25 municipalities in Bulgaria
• Login with a PIN code or biometric data for even faster access
• Create trusted recipients to whom you make transfers without the need for additional confirmation
• Save templates for faster and more convenient creation of your regular transfers
• You receive information about the location of the nearest Postbank branches and ATMs

To confirm third-party transfers, you need to have m-Token Postbank application. m-Token Postbank is a software token that complies with regulations for secure authorization of transactions in electronic environment.

Instead of thinking for your customers, you try to make their life as difficult as possible. I have to call and ask you for the reward points on my credit card, like really? And of course, who would have guessed, 20 min waiting on the phone seems to be the norm. A joke. On the phone of course with the experts, you get 0 information.

Good for checking current cash flow and inside basics, otherwise you need outside assistance and additional apps for outside payments and ect. I wanted to give 3, but heck- four stars🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Not user freindly. 1.When I start new transaction and it goes in Waiting. Refreshing in mtoken does not show the transaction - never. The only way to Approve it is to click the notification message. Who cares notification? When you make transaction you know and you wait for it. 2. When you open the waiting transaction by clicking notification. If you refresh in mtoken by mistake before you approve /reject, the transaction disappear. Waiting category in mtoken remain empty forever!
