Very buggy app! When I am in my home country, there are no problems, but if I am roaming, using the mobile data, it simply does not work. After inputting the codes, setting new PIN, and everything seemingly perfect, on the next attempt to start it, it lready gives wrong PIN notification. The needed bank transfers this way are suspended. There were several e-mails to the call center and nothing has been solved so far.

Very, very unreliable. One would be lucky if it works when you need it to confirm a wire. The help desk advice: just as ridiculous as the app itself, "try again some time later". However, it's not 2005, it's 2025 and such nonsense is unacceptable. "An error occurred" should be the new official name of the app. So disappointed.
