Dynamic Program is an offline workout tracker for trainees of all experience levels.

Create workout plans, log your training sessions, track sets, reps, weight, RPE, RIR, notes, top sets, goals, and estimated one-rep maxes without needing an account or internet connection.

The app is designed for lifters who want a simple, practical, and focused gym log. No social feed, no forced cloud account, and no unnecessary distractions - just training data that helps you understand your progress.

• Fully offline workout tracking
• Recent and next session summaries
• Regular and weekly workout plans with easy management
• Set, rep, weight, RPE/RIR, percentage logging
• One-rep max tracking and auto weight calculations based on them
• Usage of training maxes used in many intermediate to advanced programs
• Set goals for selected lifts and track progress toward them
• View your best recorded lift based on recorded one-rep maxes
• Workout notes and optionally automatic rest timer
