App Description:
I actually developed this app for myself, which is why it’s still a bit niche in some ways, but it’s turned out so good and convenient that I’d like to share it and make it available to other small businesses.

➡️It offers a zero-input/click batch-scanning experience, just point the crosshair in the middle of the camera-screen on a barcode and it will get entered into the list. If you want manual control you can also only allow scanning while the volume keys are being held (down for product barcodes, up for serial number barcodes).
➡️You can import 2 databases (your own + optional supplier/manufacturer database) for immediate item name, number and supplier item number lookup and display in the list.
➡️It automatically appends a timestamp to every scanned barcode in collumn D. Optionally it can even add a gps-stamp and/or save an image on each successfull scan and append it's name, so you can later review the picture of every scanned barcode&item if needed.
➡️It has an optional scanning criterum for serial number barcodes. Also zero input if you set up your item number and serial number regex filters to not scan the other, but only the set pattern for each (e.g. the s/n are longer, contain letters, ...). then the app accepts an optional s/n scan after a barcode scan and enters it in the cell next to it.
➡️You can add comments to every barcode in collumn G, either by hand or by OCR scan and also take additional pictures that's names get inserted in the currently selected cell.
➡️The list has Undo&Redo, automatic Copy and Paste depending on clicking a full or empty cell and is able to create multible sheets.
➡️Autosave and CSV Export features for the list.


*Vibe-Coding disclaimer:
The app’s code was 100% written by AI (Gemini 3.5 Flash, GPT OSS 120b, Opus 4.6, Opus 4.8 and I think also Fable 5 a bit). Of course, I still put in many days of work to form the app as intended. And I also have some—albeit limited—understanding of programming.
As for security, I therefore had the app checked again by two additional AIs (Fable 5 and GPT 5.6 Sol) for security issues (such as errors or prompt injections of the AI) and fixed found problems.
As a basic security measure, the app does not enable the Internet permission in the manifest at all, so it is completely cut off from access.
