DARK NODE is a sparse, line-of-sight puzzle inspired by the Minesweeper formula — rebuilt from scratch for players who want to think, not flip coins.
Somewhere in every grid, dark nodes are hiding. Read the signals, trace the lines, and neutralise every node before you trigger one. No luck. No coin-flips. No dead ends.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
• No guessing, ever. Every Vector is hand-verified to be solvable by deduction alone — if you feel stuck, there's always a logical next move.
• Crossing rays, not just neighbours. Clues read down sightlines across the grid — where the rays cross is where the deduction lives. A genuinely fresh space for Minesweeper fans.
• A story-driven climb. Work through Scan Logs — from a tense qualifying Aptitude Test to archived field operations: cyber-grid blackouts, transit-system hacks, and live breaches.

ENTRY DEPTH — a DESCENT record of 24 unlocks DROP TO 12; 48 unlocks DROP TO 24. Skip the floors you already cleared.
SALVAGE — clearing a DESCENT layer now pays toolkit charges, and NERVE further down. A new record pays more than a repeat.
Fixed: results count the moment the board resolves, a restore that completes the board wins it, and TOTAL NODES is named right.
