• Start a visa application in minutes — pick your destination, passport, and visa type. Your agency's scope and document requirements auto-configure.
• Scan your passport with your phone camera — AI extracts your name, date of birth, passport number, and expiry automatically.
• Upload supporting documents — bank statements, photos, flight bookings, employment letters. Everything stored securely, encrypted in transit.
• Chat with your licensed agency — private messaging with your advisor. AI drafts answers quickly, but every reply is reviewed by a real human.
• Track application status in real time — from draft, to submission, to embassy decision.
• Pay invoices securely — Stripe-processed payments for agency service fees, filing fees, and travel add-ons.
• Manage appointments — embassy visits, video calls with your advisor, office visits.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign up with your email, or with Google / Apple sign-in.
2. Pick your destination country and visa category.
3. Scan your passport and upload supporting docs.
4. Your licensed agency prepares and submits your application.
5. Track the status and respond to corrections from within the app.

IMPORTANT

Visa Port is a visa application assistance platform. We do not issue visas — only government authorities do. Final visa decisions rest solely with the destination country. Our role is to help you prepare accurate applications and connect you with licensed visa agencies that handle submission.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

• Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or newer).
• Passport scans auto-purge 30 days after your application is approved, rejected, or cancelled.
• We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
• GDPR and CCPA compliant.
• Delete your account any time from Profile → Danger zone, or at https://portal.visa-port.com/delete-account.
