Every time I've tried to use it travelling it has stopped working. Last time was 7/13 and I sent prob 4 emails none of which have been answered as of yet and it's been 1 full business week. I wouldn't recommend loungekey to my worst enemy at this point. Update: it took them 3 weeks to get back to me for a password reset and the link they sent didn't work. I responded immediately and it's been another week at least and crickets. I don't understand how a travel related platform can be this bad..

I've had a great experience using the LoungeKey app. It's simple, easy to navigate, and makes finding airport lounges quick and hassle-free. I really like having all the lounge information and access details available on my phone, especially when traveling through unfamiliar airports. The app has made my journeys much more comfortable and stress-free. Definitely a valuable benefit for anyone who travels regularly.

This app is essentially useless. It doesn't display important information such as the linked card details, the remaining lounge access balance, or the history of lounge visits. Even the card associated with the account is not shown. Ironically, the browser version provides much more useful information, including the total number of lounge visits allowed per year, while the app lacks these basic features. Overall, the app offers very little functionality and fails to serve its intended purpose.
