About this app

What is it?
This free app is a must-have travel companion for members of the LoungeKey™ programme. It provides complimentary admission to over 1000 lounges across airports worldwide.

How do I get started?
Once you have received confirmation that you are a member of the LoungeKey programme, simply register with your payment card details straight from the app and begin enjoying your time at the airport.
You can also register for the programme by entering your details at the website URL provided by your bank or card issuer. After that, all you need to log into the app is the username and password you have created on the website.

Why use it?
Our new design is sleeker, cleaner and easier to navigate and will let you browse useful information at all airports with a LoungeKey presence. You can search for participating lounges or let the app find one for you with LoungeKey’s automatic location feature. LoungeKey smooths the way by providing directions to lounges as well as additional details like the facilities on offer and opening times. Once you are logged in, you can even search and access lounges offline, avoiding any unwanted roaming charges.

Ratings and reviews

So I was having same issue as many other people about it not accepting card details so I uninstalled and reinstalled. Went through process a couple of times before it finally accepted everything and took my temporary payment and then nothing. Closed app and opened again and once more it tells me to go through process again! Before you tell me it's an issue for your technical department I contacted them.over a month ago and am still waiting for a response even though I have now chased 3 times!

Totally incompetent application. Registration had to be done 10 times because it always restarted during the bank confirmation. Immediately after login it want me to enter the card information again which was already done during the registration. Such a bad user experience I wouldn't expect from premium service in 2023.

It's the worst application ever. Even one star is more than it deserves. Very bad experience in Alexandria Borg Elarab Airport , The lounge reception employee refused to allow me in. He said that this application is no longer used in their system without any prior notification !!!!. I tried to call the support team, but no response.
