Every time I've tried to use it travelling it has stopped working. Last time was 7/13 and I sent prob 4 emails none of which have been answered as of yet and it's been 1 full business week. I wouldn't recommend loungekey to my worst enemy at this point. Update: it took them 3 weeks to get back to me for a password reset and the link they sent didn't work. I responded immediately and it's been another week at least and crickets. I don't understand how a travel related platform can be this bad..

You go through all stages to be told there's an error & they need your card number. I already put the number in on the page before, & there's no option on the page where it says error. I ended up having to sign up via my browser. This worked, but my super secure password by Google doesn't migrating to the app. I've now saved the page and scrapped the app. Waste of time! Someone really needs to have a word with their android engineer! 😠

I want to update my card details as I have a new card. After filling all needed fields in the App, it keeps giving me error: "Sorry, something went wrong..." Whe trying to contact customer service several times, every time they send me how to reset my password email. It seems that no one is reading my messages at all and just sending a ready made email. Please respect your customers and reply properly
