the worst I've ever experienced. Fraud at every step. ordered tickets incomplete and impossible to establish contact with them. and when they finally answer, regardless of your problem, they answer that they have received your cancellation request and confirm that you want to cancel your trip without compensation. beware of fraud. I should always buy tickets directly from the airline

It is impossible to reach this company. Got the information that my flights are rescheduled which doesn't suit me. I payed for a PLATINUM reservation meaning i will have easier contact if something happens. Now I can't reach them by email, also phone number on their website is either unavailable or busy (for days) The e mail that they sent about rescheduling is FULL when you try to return the info to them. Terrible (non existent) customer service.
