One word, one observation, one choice.
THE EMOTION COMPASS
• Name it: pick a word for what you feel. The colors of feelings are not sorted into good and bad.
• Rate it, if you like: an optional 0–10 self-report. It is your own estimate, not a measurement of your body.
• Choose a step: an eyes-open practice of turning your attention to the room around you, or simply a short pause. Breathing exercises are never required.
Nothing has to change for the practice to count. By default your check-ins stay in the current session; saving them is your choice.
Jelly the jellyfish glows in different patterns as the currents shift. You give the light a name, notice where you are and pick what you need next.
WHAT THE LESSONS COVER
Twelve short lessons: feeling vs. interpretation, intensity as a self-report, turning outward, why breathing is optional, the space between a feeling and an action, asking what you need, room for not knowing why, reaching out to people for support, and deciding what you want to keep on record.

The emotion compass and lessons 1–6 are free, with ads. Lesson 9, about reaching out for support, is always free and never shows ads. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: it unlocks lessons 7, 8 and 10–12, encrypted backup and reminder/calendar export, and removes ads. Cancel anytime in Google Play.
