GhostCode hides a secret message inside an ordinary photo. Write your message, pick any picture, and set a Key. You get back a normal-looking photo with an encrypted, hidden message inside. Send it in any chat, and only the people with your Key can read it.

To everyone else it is just a photo. To your people it is a secret message waiting to be unlocked. One image, two audiences. You decide who gets the real meaning.

HIDE MESSAGES IN PHOTOS (PIXEL GHOSTING)
• Hide a secret message inside any photo, up to 4,000 characters: a whole letter, not a one-liner
• An on-device AI model bonds your encrypted message to the picture; your Key and your readable message never leave your phone
• The photo looks identical to the naked eye: no lock icon, no badge, nothing that says hidden message
• Send it like any other photo, in a chat, DM, text message, or email. Invisible ink for the group chat.

HIDDEN MESSAGES IN QR CODES
• Pack an encrypted secret message into a QR code that scans on every phone
• Decoy Link: one QR code, two destinations. Everyone sees a normal public page; people with the Key unlock the real one
• Print it, post it, or put it on an invite, a flyer, or a merch table

MADE FOR REAL MOMENTS
• Couples: a hidden love note inside the photo you already send every day
• Event organizers: a QR code on the invite; guests with the Key unlock the venue and time

HOW IT WORKS
1. Write your secret message, pick a photo (or choose a QR code), and set a Key
2. GhostCode encrypts it on your device and hides it in the photo (or builds the QR code)
3. Share the photo in any chat or message; QR codes can also be posted or printed
4. They open the photo in GhostCode (or scan the QR code), enter the Key, and unlock the hidden message

SELF-DESTRUCT AND DECOYS
• Set a self-destruct timer so a reveal stops working after your chosen window
• Failsafe: a decoy Key reveals an alternate message, while the real one stays under a different Key
• Revoke a message so it can no longer be opened

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account required: you never sign up or log in
• Your readable message and your Key never leave your device
• Strong, standard encryption: AES-256-GCM with passphrase hardening (Argon2id)
• Sensitive screens are protected, and your data deletion request is honored in-app

GHOST MODE (optional upgrade)
GhostCode is free to use, with some limits. Ghost Mode unlocks:
• Unlimited protected creates
• Unlimited saved Keys
• Decoy Link and extended self-destruct timers
• Failsafe filters
Ghost Mode is a subscription billed weekly or yearly (with a free trial on the weekly plan). It renews automatically unless cancelled, and you can manage or cancel anytime from your store account. Full terms are shown on the purchase screen.

A NOTE ON HOW IT STAYS SECURE
Revealing a protected message needs a one-time check with GhostCode's verification service, which stops brute-force guessing and lets messages self-destruct or be revoked. GhostCode never sees your Key or your readable message. For photo (Pixel Ghosting) messages, your encrypted message is stored on GhostCode's servers for the message's lifetime, so it can be revealed and auto-deleted; it stays encrypted and cannot be read without your Key. It is deleted at self-destruct or expiry, or right away when you request data deletion.
