ScrollPause helps you become more aware of unintentional scrolling and take short pauses before endless scrolling takes over.
The app is designed for people who do not want harsh blockers, guilt-based screen time tools, or complicated productivity systems. Instead, ScrollPause gives you a calm nudge at the right time so you can decide whether to continue or pause.

Why Accessibility permission is used:
ScrollPause uses Android Accessibility Service only to detect scroll activity in selected apps so it can show timely pause reminders. This permission is required for the core scroll detection feature.
ScrollPause does not read your messages, passwords, personal content, keystrokes, notifications, or screen text. ScrollPause does not sell your data.
You can use ScrollPause as a lightweight awareness tool and choose whether to enable full scroll detection.
