or anxiety takes over. Whether you're experiencing a panic attack or feeling
overwhelmed, Tranquillitas guides you through it — step by step, at your
own pace.

When you need it most, open the app and let it guide you through a
structured, science-backed session:

· Grounding — A warm, reassuring message to remind you that what you're
feeling is temporary and you are safe.

· Psychoeducation — Simple, calming facts about panic and anxiety that
help you understand what's happening in your body.

· Breathing Exercise — A guided 4-7-8 breathing technique with a
beautiful animated circle that helps regulate your nervous system.

· Check-in — The app gently asks how you're feeling and adapts to your
response.

· Recovery or Support — If you're feeling better, the app celebrates with
you. If you're still struggling, it helps you reach a loved one with
one tap.
