seemed to be a decent app to help us train our dog. The steps were clear and laid out in a plan. BUT! I noticed that a week after my free 30 day trial, they charged me $14.98. Not once, but twice! I immediately attempted to chat with customer support. The button to do so takes you to email. Not a chat. I clicked on contact them, once again, email. No phone number is listed anywhere to contact them. I sent an email requesting a re refund and cancellation of my subscription.

The training is alright but not groundbreaking, especially if you have an exceptionally hyper or anxious dog so it just wasn't right for us. I paused my membership. When I did, there was no indication of how long the pause would be for, I figured just until I un-paused. I still had time on my initial trial, thought they would notify me if or when it came off pause and then my trial period would resume until it ran out then notify and charge for the next period. NO NOTIFICATION, JUST CHARGED. $$$

I'm sure it's great for some people, just not us. But read the TOS VERY carefully!! I thought I was just signing up for a one month trial, not a subscription. After the one month is over, they automatically renew your subscription at $38.95 and won't refund it. *Updating my review to 3 stars, because they finally refunded the renewal after seeing the 1 star review.*
