Disappointing. I took the quiz to see if I could get help training my puppy. Of course it came with a price and I thought I'll try it. I tried to sign in on the app with difficulty. I figured I'd try later. I forgot about the subscription. After receiving nothing about the renewal I tried to cancel because $38 for 2 months of access is a little steap and was told they could not accommodate because I did not invest 7 consecutive days and need to contact support at least 2 times.

My subscription renewed automatically with no notice. I canceled within hours and requested a refund, but they refused with an illogical excuse that I needed to have “interacted with the app.” That’s false—I completed an entire course. Even if it were true, past usage shouldn’t justify charging for a future month. Feels slimy and predatory. Be careful before subscribing.

Not useful info, difficult to cancel, basically a payment scam. I did a 30 day trial without committing to a subscription. The "lessons" were little lifestyle tips, not worth it in my opinion. I stopped using it after a couple days. You know how this story ends - With no heads up I was charged 38.95 for a subscription plan on day 30. There is no cancelation button on the app, so you email customer service, who nicely state they'd love to help but can't. DO NOT BUY!
