I did not realize I was under a subscription until I was charged (without notice mind you) and had no idea what the charge was from. My bank contacted me about the charge and that's when I had to do some digging to find out what it was. Since I clearly made the mistake and entered into a subscription I ate the charge even though I never used the service. I did, however, go in and cancel the subscription. Well, low and behold I got charged AGAIN! They won't refund my money. BUYER BEWARE.

Did not receive any notice of a membership subscription renewing and I was not aware it was membership based until I was charged $40 for one month. that's an insane price for what you get from the app. The lessons are simplistic and you could easily get the same information from Google. Shady practices regarding membership and I would not recommend the app to anyone.

seemed to be a decent app to help us train our dog. The steps were clear and laid out in a plan. BUT! I noticed that a week after my free 30 day trial, they charged me $14.98. Not once, but twice! I immediately attempted to chat with customer support. The button to do so takes you to email. Not a chat. I clicked on contact them, once again, email. No phone number is listed anywhere to contact them. I sent an email requesting a re refund and cancellation of my subscription.
