I did not realize I was under a subscription until I was charged (without notice mind you) and had no idea what the charge was from. My bank contacted me about the charge and that's when I had to do some digging to find out what it was. Since I clearly made the mistake and entered into a subscription I ate the charge even though I never used the service. I did, however, go in and cancel the subscription. Well, low and behold I got charged AGAIN! They won't refund my money. BUYER BEWARE.

BEWARE: if you get this app with an introductory price, it will renew for $38/month. They DO NOT send a notification when the trail period is ending and DO NOT provide refunds without meeting certain criteria. They have a lifetime subscription for $29, but when I asked if I could convert my monthly fee to the lifetime subscription I was told no. In my opinion this is very generic dog training that could be found for free elsewhere.

Weak content and bad navigation within the app. Sure, there is a lot of information - almost overwhelming - but you're better off watching YouTube vids. BEWARE OF AUTO RENEW PRACTICES They charged my account a day earlier than my subscription expired and refused to refund the charge when I logged in to cancel because "their policy" won't let them. If you download the app and find it as disappointing as I did make sure to cancel right away or you'll be out another 66 bucks.
