Supervision Mobile is a companion app available to full users of Enterprise Supervision that allows field officers to manage their cases while on the go. The officer can view their entire caseload, with images, demographic and contact info as well as safety alerts and all case data. Additionally, users can take and upload new images, add case notes and update other data elements discovered in the field.
Tyler Supervision Mobile has been designed to work while offline, allowing the officer to continue using the application when there is no network connection available, and sync data up to the server when a connection is re-established.
To gain access to the QR code that is required to configure the application to the tenant, log into Tyler Supervision web and mouse over your name in the upper right hand corner. From the menu that opens, select "Mobile Setup" and a new dialog will open and present you with a QR code. Point your device at the QR code and it should automatically scan and take you to the next screen where you will be able to enter your credentials.
