1.Yup, widget's are back, Thanks for suggestion. In the end, it's not about your app but about app settings on my phone, it's must be allowed " work in the background" and that will resolve problem with widget's. So, You are now again back on 4 starts from me. Do just right photos of city's to be open in whether prognosis (it's millions photos on internet for free use of every single world City and village on Earth ) and You going to receive all 5 stars.
