ruff is a single sheet of text, designed for writing on the go and optimised for moving your text with ease. Your progress is automatically saved and restored between sessions.

What you’re reading and writing is your active entry. Replace it with quick notes, drafts, lists or anything you want close at hand.

KEEP WRITING, WITHOUT THE CLUTTER

Want to keep what you’ve written but start fresh? Easy — swipe left to stash it.
Tap or pull up the stash bar at the bottom to revisit everything you’ve set aside. Each item is kept as a separate entry, ready to read, copy, edit, share or bring back.

Don’t care to keep your current text? Just as easy — pull from the top.

MOVE YOUR WORDS WITH EASE

Use the floating action button to copy or share your active entry.
ruff doesn’t want or need to replace your text editor, notes app or to-do list. It’s the ideal springboard for all your writing on the go — a pleasure to write in and effortless to move your writing out.

MAKE RUFF YOURS

Swipe right to open the app menu, then go to Settings. From there, you can customise plenty of things, including when the Toolbar and Status Bar are shown and what appears on each.

THROW YOUR PUP A BONE 🦴

Upgrade to ruff+, either with a subscription or a lifetime purchase, to unleash:

• Unlimited stashing instead of five items
• Multiple Spaces, so you can easily hop between different ideas, projects and parts of your life
• The full widget, with all your text instead of just a preview
• Interactive checkboxes you can tick directly from your home screen

Perhaps most importantly, upgrading makes both members of the ruff team very happy:

☑ A hard-working pup
☑ Their indie developer owner

WOOF! 🐕
