App doesn't recognise tracking number. The app asks for 10 digit tracking number (no letters, only numbers), but actual tracking number contains letters. Then I go to the menu, change my location, and now it recognises the number.?.? Bad user experience. Bad user interface.
Hi L. Lund, Apologies for the inconvenience. Our app is meant only for DHL Express shipments. As each division operates independently, this feature is not currently available on the app. You can track any waybill number on our global webpage: https://www.dhl.com/ae-en/home/location-selector.html.
