Ratings and reviews

Got cancelled on by 3 drivers in a row. Nothing on this app is reliable because the drivers use multiple apps at the same time, and often show up with full cars, or keep their listings up without even opening the app or responding to messages. Allowing drivers to confirm ride requests up to right when the car leaves is ridiculous. They should have to confirm at least an hour in advance so that passengers can actually plan around. License plate numbers not being mandatory is also insane to me.

I have been using this app as a driver since last October. It was going well, suddenly without any reason they suspended my account, the reason they said ' I'm not responding to the inquiries', that's totally unreal. They can go through my reviews and messages. Anyhow I have to get 3 payments which is due since the 3rd week of February. It's really not fair to me.

The current driver-rider matching algorithm is inefficient. Carpooling should facilitate pickups and drop-offs along an posted route from Point A to Point B. However, the app frequently suggests riders located over 10 km in the opposite direction of my departure, with drop-off points equally far from my destination. While a 3–5 km deviation is reasonable, adding 30 km to a trip defeats the purpose of carpooling. The matching radius needs to be significantly tightened to remain practical.

What’s new

Winter is almost done, but like every year it always makes its last appearance. This version is like that - we're preparing for great new things to come, but still taking care of this final pile up (in our case, not snow - but bugs).
