extremely useless app... Even after entering fingerprint, it still wants the password!!! users should have an option to disable password if fingerprint is recognized. also we get messages that your statement is ready your statement is ready and when you go to the app it says that it will take a few days for the PDF to generate.... very unhappy with Citibank! not the level of service that we expect.

Decent app but the latest notification where we cannot make any utility bill payments on citi cards and the unavailability of samsung pay/google pay makes it one of the worst options on the market. Will soon be discontinuing using citibank as other banks are offering way better options.

My experience with CitiUAE is absolutely good till writing this review. Had always good experience using the card which has good offers while shopping in UAE. Citi-UAE can further increase the spectrum of offers at dining, grocery & garment shopping at reputed Chain-stores, etc. The mobile app is also very user friendly and allows quick review of statements and payments. Not sure currently if we can encash rewards on the Citi-UAE mobile app.
